Ioannis is an experienced data analytics professional with a strong background in designing and developing machine learning and distributed computing analytics projects using various tools and platforms. He has experience managing and developing analytics platforms for multiple industries, including Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Telecom, Power & Utilities, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
With more than 15 years of professional experience, 8 of which are in global consulting firms, he is the Solution Architect of Continuous Monitoring and Continuous Auditing solutions for Internal Audit and Risk Management and an SME in multiple data management projects in Europe and the GCC regions.
He has also published in international peer-reviewed journals, such as the Journals for Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Bioinformatics.
Lefteris Mantelas - Data Analytics Lead
Lefteris has 15+ years of experience improving business performance and enabling intelligent business decisions at a strategic and tactical level using data and data analytics.
He has worked on various business models, industries, and domains such as SaaS and PaaS, retail and FMCG, banking and shipping, Energy, Gas, and Utilities, and urban planning. Familiar with a range of business problems, different business, and technological maturity stages, as well as various stacks, data sources, and technical infrastructures.
Experienced in building and running teams, including remotely in different time-zones, leading and helping people grow, project management, R&D projects, consulting, as well as working with clients such as Coca-Cola, P&G, Hess, and E.ON. Motivated to work with fascinating people on interesting problems, be an agent of growth, and an advocate of data-smart culture.
Jesse Buckman - Risk Analytics Lead
Jesse is an accomplished Risk Analytics professional with over 9 years of cross-functional experience in technology risk, data analytics, IT audit, and financial assurance.
His career at globally recognized firms such as KPMG and PwC saw him lead major initiatives in continuous control monitoring, real-time risk assessment, and data-driven compliance. Certified in CRISC and CISA, and with a master’s in analytics in progress, Jesse excels at extracting actionable insights from complex data—leveraging tools like Python, R, SQL, and Alteryx. He has spearheaded projects optimizing business processes, guided teams through high-impact analytics implementations, and cultivated a forward-thinking, results-oriented culture.
Honored with awards like KPMG’s Audit Innovation Award, Jesse brings proven expertise in minimizing risk, enhancing efficiency, and delivering strategic value to organizations.
